Referral Program Rules

1. Simply give us the name of friends or relatives that you wish to refer by filling out the form below.

2. If the person you refer buys a home from LongTide Homes, Ltd., you will be paid $2000 at the completion of the closing.

3. Referral Form must be submitted prior to sales agreement.

4. You may submit as many referrals as you would like.

* Note: LongTide Homes, Ltd. has the right to terminate, suspend or modify its Referral Program at any time without notice. Offer is not valid if referred customer does not close on the home or land purchased from LongTide Homes, Ltd.
